Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer returns only for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery. If the product you receive is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days from the delivery date. After this period, we cannot process any returns or exchanges.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the damage or defect

Once we receive your request, our customer service team will assist you in the return process. We may request you to return the product to us, and we will cover the cost of return shipping if the product is indeed defective.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund in cash to the amount paid for the product at the time of delivery.

Refunds will be provided via the same cash on delivery method, and the refund process may take up to 7 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for products that are:

  • Used or altered in any way

  • Not in their original packaging

  • Non-defective or damaged due to misuse

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the damaged or defective product and place a new order.

6. Liability

UXian Journey is not responsible for any damage caused by improper use of the product. We encourage you to carefully follow the manufacturer’s instructions when using the products.
